Give yourself and your guests the most memorable, and delicious, dessert hour. Whether in addition to or, in many cases, in place of a traditional wedding cake, Rookie’s is a refreshing change of pace on the dessert scene. We work with you to build the perfect menu for your occasion providing handcrafted ice cream sandwiches, ice cream, and/or cookies for the same price (if not less) as a cake.
Event package pricing starts at $375.00 + pricing per guest + travel fee (when applicable).

Book with us: a step-by-step guide.

We will email you to let you know if your date and preferred vehicle is available, and send you an estimate to help make a decision.
If everything looks good to you, and you’re ready to move forward - you will accept the estimate. We will turn this into an invoice and allow you to deposit to lock in your date and price!
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to book your event and is awarded on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Once booked, we will continue to touch base with you as your event approaches and will send over our monthly menu approximately one month before your event for you to make your selections! You will select up to three flavors from any of our freshly baked cookies, no matter the season, and from a long list of handcrafted ice cream flavors. It is at this time we will also finalize important details like your final head count, parking instructions, timeline, day-of coordinator, etc.
Final payments are typically due 21 days prior to the event date.
Our team will arrive ~ 30 minutes before your dessert hour to get ready to serve you and your guests. Our full-service event packages include a sign to display your custom menu, string lights to set the mood, and two of our very best team members to serve you and your guests within a two hour timeframe! Our desire is to fit seamlessly into your event and to create memorable dessert experiences for you and your guests.

Catering, Pre-orders, Favors and more!
Catering: Starting at $175.00, we can set up a decorated service table inside your venue or event space to serve ice cream sandwiches, cookies and milk; a great option if you know there won’t be a good space or conditions (like sub-degree temperatures) for guests to venture outside! Orders: Order cookies in any quantity (over three dozen) for pick up or delivery. Each cookie is baked fresh daily and compliments any event. We request a 3 business day notice for orders over three dozen. Orders are available to be picked up during our store hours: Tuesday - Sunday, 1 - 10pm. Orders are usually unavailable for pick up on Mondays.
Favors: Send your guests home with freshly baked cookies! You’ll be thanking your guests, but they will thank you for such a delicious treat to take home.
